We pride ourselves on our beautiful wedding dress collection – created by only the best bridal designers. Our collection features something for everyone, from a fitted lace number to an extravagant ballgown. However, even more options are available when you choose your dress with us, as you can make as many changes to your dress as you wish! So together, we can create something that truly reflects your individuality, just give us a call if you wish to discuss your ideas!
Our bridal collections are truly very special. Our designers are our friends, we have working relationships that go back years and their collections could not be better. From the chic crepe dresses from Mark Lesley, to the signature lace numbers from Kenneth Winston to a sleek satin ballgown from Romantica, the dresses are simply second to none. Our expert bridal consultants are very knowledgeable about our dresses, so if you find a few faves on our website, add them to your wishlist and send them over to us, we’re more than happy to help you!

Making Friends
Your experience starts here, right on this very website! From the moment you contact us, we will treat you with first-class customer care, recognised within the industry.
We want to get to know you, your ideas and your family and friends! This is because we believe that your experience should be professional yet personable. Our bridal consultants have been chosen as they are all passionate about bridal, they are fully-trained and each and every one of them has extensive experience in the industry.

Your Choices
The day of your bridal appointment has arrived! if you are brimming with ideas, then that’s great! We can’t wait to hear them and more importantly put them into practice. If you have no clue where to start and it all seems a little overwhelming, then that is absolutely fine, we are here to guide and support you throughout. You can be sure of a warm welcome when you come and visit us, your bridal consultant will greet you, get to know you and your wedding and talk you through the collections.
We will assist you with trying on your choices and style you whilst we consult with your guests. If a dress is too big or too small, we will pin it in or make a few nips and tucks to give you a good idea of how it would look in your size.
We will take our time in styling you and giving you the experience that you deserve. We’re sure that you will fall in love and find “the one” with us. Once you’ve said “YES!”, we will look at accessories and give you the opportunity to really “complete the look”. We will then take some measurements and discuss sizing options with you if you intend to change weight etc. We will then do a little paperwork, take a deposit from you and your dress will be ordered.

the perfect fit
After your gorgeous gown is ordered, relax, it’s over to us to ensure it’s safe arrival and to quality check it when it arrives. Once we’re happy, we’ll call you and book you in for a fitting. A fitting is a one-to-one appointment with one of our expert fitters, who will discuss and take you through the alterations recommended for your gown. We always use this time to get creative too! We love styling you in accessories and we have a huge selection, so whatever your ideas, this is the opportunity to put them into practice. After your fitting, your gown will be professionally altered in our in-house workroom by our talented seamstresses.
Most ladies have two or three fittings, at your final fitting, we will check that you are 100% happy with your dream dress, which at this point will fit you perfectly. Your dress will then be lovingly pressed, steamed and prepped for collection using gorgeous acid-free tissue paper and packed into a breathable and protective dress bag. (If you are travelling, don’t worry, we can always pack your dress into a lovely cabin-size-approved travel box if you wish!)

Your Big Day Is Also Our Big Day
On the day of your wedding, we would love to come and dress you. Be styled by the stylists! We will arrive at your venue in plenty of time in order to dress and style you, as well as assisting with those last-minute preparations. We will ensure that you look perfect before walking down the aisle. A fond farewell from us and then we will leave you to get hitched!
Following the big day, we will, of course, want to see some photos, however, we are also here with a range of post-wedding services! We offer dry-cleaning, carried out by specialists with years of experience in handling delicate bridal fabrics. We also provide a boxing service, where we can pack your dress into a beautiful handcrafted box in order to protect and preserve it for years to come!
