V.I.P Experience
Every bride who visits us is given a dream bridal shopping experience, however, these “V.I.P” appointments are rather special. Our expert bridal consultants will totally spoil you whilst you and your guests browse our award-winning collections whilst enjoying drinks and nibbles and relaxing in a completely exclusive atmosphere. We offer these experiences on Sundays or on evenings (5pm to 7pm) on request.
Your V.I.P Experience will include –
– A longer, 2 hour bridal appointment for the bride and up to 5 guests.
– Drinks and sweet treats for you to enjoy.
– Complete exclusivity. You will be the only one shopping for your dream dress on the day!
– Personal, in-depth bridal styling from one of our experienced bridal consultants.
– You will also receive a lovely bridal bag when you find “the one”, full of beautiful gifts as a thank you for being a “V.I.P Bride”.
There is a V.I.P experience fee of £75, which is refundable onto bridal accessories upon a wedding dress purchase at the appointment. Please note, appointments must be booked in advance.

V.I.P. Appointment Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation, VIP appointment fees are strictly non-refundable. In the very unlikely event that you cannot make your appointment, we are happy to rearrange it to an alternative date, provided we are given at least 24 hours’ notice.
We’ll look after you, treat you like a princess and give you the perfect opportunity to find your dream wedding dress. Please don’t just take our word for it though, why not check out what our past brides have to say?
